Product disclaimer & limitation of liability: Tottly Potty Training Underwear is a training tool, not a nappy. It is designed to hold small accidents while providing a sensory "wet" cue to the child. Tottly makes no guarantee of specific results or timeline to achieve potty training success. Tottly Potty Training Underwear is designed to help reduce leaks, but no product is completely leakproof in all situations (even nappies can leak!). Tottly is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including damage to furniture, bedding, flooring, clothing, or other property resulting from leakage.

Safety & skin health: Intended for use under adult supervision. Unlike nappies, this product does not wick moisture away. Prolonged contact with wet or soiled fabric may cause skin irritation or nappy rash. Please change your child immediately upon soiling.

Results disclaimer: *Individual results may vary. Timelines and outcomes shown in testimonials are exceptional results and are not guaranteed. Success depends on multiple factors including your child's developmental readiness, consistency, and parental involvement. Tottly makes no guarantee of specific potty training timelines. Always consult your paediatrician regarding your child's developmental readiness.
